We offer a next working day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two working days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

There can be certain circumstances, beyond our control, where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We shall replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please write to us at info@vitaminshop.ae.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
Conditions for Return

• Please notify us of receipt of a damaged/defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery of the product.
• Products/Items should be unused. Used products will not be replaced under any circumstances.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
• It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

The refund will be processed after receipt of the product at the warehouse. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment for the order.

• Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 15 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
• For all other modes of payment, we shall be sending a refund cheque drawn in the name appearing on invoice and as provided at the time of placing the order.
